Are you accepting new patients?

Yes. Our wide range of available appointment times 7 days and evenings a week enable us to accommodate new patients and emergencies immediately.

Do you bill my insurance company direct?

For regular or new patients to our office, we bill claims direct to your insurance company. However, one-time emergency patients are required to pay in full on day of service.

If I have 80% coverage, when do I have to pay the remaining 20%?

Your insurance difference is due on day of service. Our office uses the current O.D.A Fee Schedule. If your plan pays the previous year’s fee schedule you will be responsible for the difference. In addition, any deductible as applies to your plan remains the responsibility of the patient. If there is a remaining percentage not covered (i.e. 20%) this will be due upon completion of treatment. Large patient balances will be offered a payment plan upon request.

Do you do teeth whitening?

Yes, we presently use the NiteWhite™ take-home system as well as in-office ZOOM™ laser whitening at competitive prices! Contact us today to discuss which option would be better for you.

At what age should I start bringing my child to the dentist?

A good age to introduce your child to the dental office is around age 3. Your child's early dental examination will lay the foundation for a lifetime of good oral health.

How much is my treatment going to cost?

The cost of your treatment varies with your treatment plan. We begin by completing a new patient exam at which time a treatment plan will be made. Following this, you will meet with a treatment coordinator to discuss your treatment, costs and payment plans available. We will work with you to create a payment plan suitable to you for large treatment plans.

Do you accept government or social assistance dental plans?

Yes, we accept government and social assistance plans. It is important that you bring the necessary documents at each of your appointments in order to be seen. Please contact us to see what you need to bring with you.
