I was received in an orderly manner following COVID restrictions and protocols after having signed in through a portal the day before. There was no delay in receiving me at... read more the appointed time and I was ushered to the air sealed dental procedure room by the Assistant who set me up for the examination. The dental assistant (Mary) was kind, personable and competent. The dentist (Ela) was very skilled, kind and personable as well. My intake examination was thorough and I was shown the full results of the photos and x-rays that had been taken. Based on that visual evidence, further procedures were suggested. I was impressed! Teeth cleaning was thorough and thoroughly enjoyable. The dental assistant (Kelly) seemed to love her work and that was evident by her knowledge, skill and her affable nature. I booked her for my six-month check up. All personnel that I have had the pleasure of speaking to over this and previous visits have been wonderful. Great job! I fully endorse Eastgate Dental Centre.

The dental work is good, staff is friendly, I've had generally positive experiences. My one complaint is the billing. They do direct billing but I've often had various things go... read more over and I don't find out about it until after (sometimes much later) and my health plan is good enough that this is the only health service I do find myself paying out of pocket for.

They were amazing in getting her in... read more so quickly same day, very much appreciated by us! We were seen by Dr. Bhika who was very warm and friendly. He took such great care of my daughter’s teeth, and was very knowledgeable. My daughter felt very comfortable with all the staff and the doctor. Thank you to everyone for such great care! I am a returning patient and I return because of Maria, she has compassion, never makes u feel uncomfortable for anything you may feel ashamed of or embarrassed by and... read more has amazing bedside manners. Today when I called because my entire mouth was in pain (had been up all night in tears, could not touch my teeth to each other and haven't ate in 2 days), the reception was more concerned with making sure I knew my history of cancelations and company policies, even with explaning my caregiver role to my parents who are aged and very sick, and my work schedule as a PSW. However the dentist and her assistant were amazing today, showing compassion and empathy. Taking time to make sure I was heard and doing all they could to help ease my pain. I will return only to continue my care with Maria and the dentist I seen today. As for the lady who makes appointments, show some empathy towards your patients for the lives they live.

I had a painful wisdom tooth emerging through my gums, and they were able to get me in the next day. I was very very nervous, as it’s been years... read more since I’ve seen a dentist. I got two fillings done and my wisdom tooth extracted, and by the end of it I was like we’re already done? They were so quick and explained every thing to me. All of the staff was so pleasant and kind, they all truly made this experience as best as it could be and since I have found a new dentist that I feel comfortable going back to, I will be more actively getting my teeth checked out!

My hygienist Ferdose is amazing!!! She noticed an abnormality on my tongue and insisted I get it checked out. It turned out to be a tumour that would’ve gone unnoticed... read more had she not pointed it out and encouraged a biopsy. Her oral surgery experience should be valued by any of her patients!!! Wonderful lady and hygienist 🙂
