Havent been to a dentist in 10+ years because of some terrible experiences as a kid at other dentists. Everyone that was involved with me for a new patient exam,... read more x-rays, cleaning, and fillings were very understanding and accommodating to my anxieties. Ensuring everything was going well, talking about different things, and making sure I was comfortable. My insurance also ran out so we made plans for the new year to finish up my other filings and another cleaning so I wasn't having to worry about out of pocket expenses.

Amazing 👏 1st dentist i have ever been to that took their time on her mouth and did what was needed to be done. Also big up to his assistant 👏 great work! I arrived for my 4pm appointment at 3:51. By the time I was actually in the dentist chair it was almost 4:20. This made my hygienist appointment behind and she... read more was unable to do my cleaning in that session I had to rebook so the hygienist has enough time to do my cleaning. When I was leaving I was told by the receptionist that I had to pay $250 for the periodontal exam (I was told on previous visit that the periodontal work was covered 100% by my insurance). I had the same exam done on my last visit with the dentist and hygienist which I paid for out of pocket. Why I would pay twice for the same assessment? I was not very pleased with this information. Hopefully I do not have to pay for the exam AGAIN. The staff are friendly and the service is generally good but I do find that time keeping is not the best.

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms and atmosphere. Knowledgeable and clear with treatment plan. Put my mind at ease.

The staff and Doctors are all extremely nice and professional. I have never had a problem and they are super gentle when doing any major work. Would recommend 100%

I have been coming to Eastgate Dental for years (since I was a child), although staff has changed the service is still the same! Great quality and kind staff to... read more assist with all your dental needs. My daughter and I currently have the hygienist Maria and she is simply fantastic! We won't use anyone else! She is careful and works with the both of us at our pace as we have sensitive teeth etc. If you ever need a good dentist I recommend Eastgate Dental 🙂 5 🌟 from me!

Eastgate Dental Centre was super professional and have very competitive rates. You can trust them to do what only needs to be done. I'm so glad I found them.

The procedure to fix a cracked tooth was fast and efficient. They take emergencies really quickly. I have been there twice now and always great service.

The level of... read more care I receive here is phenomenal. I usually hate going to the dentist, after a traumatizing 5 years of braces back in my teen years. But since I've been to Eastgate Dental, I've been treated with kindness and respect, everyone is so professional and have a great sense of humour. I just had a root canal last week and was laughing throughout a lot of it (never would have thought I'd ever say that!), because of all the jokes and stories Tara and Dr. Bhandari were telling--they apparently moonlight as comedians ;P Highly recommend this place!
