I was received in an orderly manner following COVID restrictions and protocols after having signed in through a portal the day before. There was no delay in receiving me at... read more the appointed time and I was ushered to the air sealed dental procedure room by the Assistant who set me up for the examination. The dental assistant (Mary) was kind, personable and competent. The dentist (Ela) was very skilled, kind and personable as well. My intake examination was thorough and I was shown the full results of the photos and x-rays that had been taken. Based on that visual evidence, further procedures were suggested. I was impressed! Teeth cleaning was thorough and thoroughly enjoyable. The dental assistant (Kelly) seemed to love her work and that was evident by her knowledge, skill and her affable nature. I booked her for my six-month check up. All personnel that I have had the pleasure of speaking to over this and previous visits have been wonderful. Great job! I fully endorse Eastgate Dental Centre.

I arrived for my 4pm appointment at 3:51. By the time I was actually in the dentist chair it was almost 4:20. This made my hygienist appointment behind and she... read more was unable to do my cleaning in that session I had to rebook so the hygienist has enough time to do my cleaning. When I was leaving I was told by the receptionist that I had to pay $250 for the periodontal exam (I was told on previous visit that the periodontal work was covered 100% by my insurance). I had the same exam done on my last visit with the dentist and hygienist which I paid for out of pocket. Why I would pay twice for the same assessment? I was not very pleased with this information. Hopefully I do not have to pay for the exam AGAIN. The staff are friendly and the service is generally good but I do find that time keeping is not the best.

Went to have a periodontist assessment. Dr was straight forward and honest. Really happy he did not tried to sell any treatment like other dental clinics would have done. Thanks

Havent been to a dentist in 10+ years because of some terrible experiences as a kid at other dentists. Everyone that was involved with me for a new patient exam,... read more x-rays, cleaning, and fillings were very understanding and accommodating to my anxieties. Ensuring everything was going well, talking about different things, and making sure I was comfortable. My insurance also ran out so we made plans for the new year to finish up my other filings and another cleaning so I wasn't having to worry about out of pocket expenses.

This isn’t my usual dentist but mine is closed from Friday -Sunday. I was experiencing intense pain from my wisdom teeth and beloved there to be an infection. Not to mention the dentist was so helpful and made me knowledgeable about my own teeth by explaining the x rays to me. I was given a perscription.

The staff is always friendly. Procedures are explained thoroughly, and they're always sure check in with you frequently as they're working to make sure you're as comfortable as possible. I... read more had some very unpleasant experiences at other offices before I found this place.. and they even expressed sympathy for those bad experiences that they had nothing to do with. I couldn't ask for a more professional, and kind, group of people.
