She is careful and works with the both of us at our pace as we have sensitive teeth etc. If you ever need a good dentist I recommend Eastgate Dental 🙂 5 🌟 from me!

They do direct billing but I've often had various things go... read more over and I don't find out about it until after (sometimes much later) and my health plan is good enough that this is the only health service I do find myself paying out of pocket for.

My husband... read more and I go every 6 months and see the same hygienist (Kelly) every time because we love her so much. Dr. Gelmen is a fantastic dentist. He is very gentle and has a great bedside manner. All of the staff are pleasant and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Came here a couple years ago for an emergency and haven’t turn back since . They are welcoming and so kind and warm . I stopped taking care of myself... read more once I had kids so my mouth went down the drain and they have helped me so much with getting my mouth back in order . We still got a couple things to undergo but Dr Mohammad (I believe ) has been so reassuring and sympathic and has given me hope ! Here’s to a long journey but knowing that the staff , hygienists and doctors are there , I’m confident I will get my true smile back . Plus their prices are reasonable ! I had to question every payment because it seemed to be to low hahaha .

Today when I called because my entire mouth was in pain (had been up all night in tears, could not touch my teeth to each other and haven't ate in 2 days), the reception was more concerned with making sure I knew my history of cancelations and company policies, even with explaning my caregiver role to my parents who are aged and very sick, and my work schedule as a PSW. However the dentist and her assistant were amazing today, showing compassion and empathy. Taking time to make sure I was heard and doing all they could to help ease my pain. I will return only to continue my care with Maria and the dentist I seen today. As for the lady who makes appointments, show some empathy towards your patients for the lives they live.

My hygienist Ferdose is amazing!!! She noticed an abnormality on my tongue and insisted I get it checked out. It turned out to be a tumour that would’ve gone unnoticed... read more had she not pointed it out and encouraged a biopsy. Her oral surgery experience should be valued by any of her patients!!!
